This was my all-time favorite movie for decades. I rented it from blockbuster so many times as a child that they eventually sought me out to sell me their copy when they closed. It’s hysterical, Star-studded, absurd, and heartfelt. It also inspired my life-long love of the band Ween. Much like the band, it’s not *usual.* but it is incredible. Anybody who doesn’t like it just needs to watch it with the right people. The power is in the pause. This is a masterpiece film and I would recommend it to anyone.

One of the most unfunny, uncompelling, and unengaging movies ever made. It has aged to an even worse and completely unenviable position in an era in which non-binary persons have risen to prominence. This is one of those movies that is not so bad it's good, it's just really, really bad. Also, if I could assign a negative score, I would. At least if it were a 5-minute SNL sketch, the misery would only last 5 minutes.

Pat is a TRIUMPH! If they're a he - well o.k. Acting as if he owns his world. The usual. If they're a SHE - FANTASTIC. She enjoys all the rights and privileges of not giving a damn what anyone thinks of her. She doesn't have a problem occupying her own space and being who she is - and finding love to boot! It's Pat and I'm o.k. with that! Also love the California apartment vibe. P. S. - Love you Charles, RIP
