I'm not a huge fan of musicals but this had just the right amount of singing and dancing with the majority of the plot being acted out. The music was catchy and the voices were excellent. I absolutely love how they bring in the real meaning of the season of Jesus Christ's birth. Also, the focus on kindness and putting others above yourself is an extra great bonus. The script is fascinating and keeps you attentive throughout. And the music is top notch! All of these original songs will be on my playlist each Christmas season from here forward. I love Lawson Touliatos' voice and the catchy tunes! I love them! Very loosely based on A Christmas Carol, with a touch of It's a Wonderful Life, the film has Christmas Present, Christmas Past, Christmas Future, and an endearing ending. I can only imagine the fun the cast had with the musical numbers and I applaud them for their hard work... and wish I had that energy! The message woven through the story comes through to give the true meaning of Christmas and the joy of the season. Engaging and clever, this is a fun film for the whole family! Jake is ready to skip celebrating Christmas this year, until he is hit with an experience that changes his perspective. A original new twist on The Christmas Carol, with with catchy songs and choreography that makes you want to dance, along with humor that will have the whole family laughing. I loved how it is a film that engages the whole family with heart and an honest message of hope at Christmastime. I thought that this was such a wonderful upbeat film, great for all ages. I was impressed with the quality of the songs and dance routines, my favorites were all the ones that took place in Bible times!
