05/29/2021 A gem of the South Indian film industry. See more 11/27/2020 I don't say you have to watch this film but you have to experience it. Iyobinte Pusthakam written by Shyam Pushkaran and Gopan Chithambaram tells the story that happened in an era of feudalism. It shows the social evils and customs that existed in that era. The screenplay has an epic historic touch which is different from those conventional historic movies. This movie is different from its style of making and presentation. Also the charectors in this film is robust and has unique identity to show. Overall the film has emotional, epic, mass and romantic elements. Actually it's a blend of all of these. So, I can say one has to watch this film in their life. Hardcore films lovers are gonna have a major miss if they didn't watch it yet.
