A trucker named Rusty Nail (Mark Gibbon) picks up a prostitute on a rainy night and savagely kills her. Later, Melissa (Nicki Aycox) and her fiancé, Bobby (Nick Zano), are driving to get married in Las Vegas. Also in the car are Melissa's sister, Kayla (Laura Jordan), and Kayla's boyfriend (Kyle Schmid).
