Audience Member Great movie Love the movie Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/09/21 Full Review Audience Member That poster is a lie. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member A Japanese superhero film set in a dystopian alternate 1940s where Japan managed to avoid WW2 and still maintained its class and social inequalities. It sounds pretty ridiculous, and it is. But honestly, can you truly claim that most superhero films are any better? This one at least has a unique setting and some impressive parkour-inspired action scenes. The only unbearably silly thing is the K20 costume itself, which is a solid mask that utterly obscured the face (eyes included) and looks kinda silly. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member A very enjoyable film Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member The film itself is well made and fairly entertaining with decent effects and some cool stunt work, though perhaps more could have been made of the movie's dystopian alternate history setting. The main 'hero' character is a mish mash of pulp archetypes, so he's a bit batman/the shadow/robin/robin hood, so aspects might feel like you've seen it all before, but it's a fun watch and the period setting makes things a bit more fresh. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Cool stuff... Batman/Zorro/the Shadow a la Japonaise! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
