Following a serious box office flop, movie star-turned-producer Ritesh (Jackie Shroff) and his wife, Pooja (Dimple Kapadia), are forced to downgrade to a simpler lifestyle. This leads to the husband becoming an alcoholic, the wife taking a menial job as a chambermaid, and their young child being forced to watch as his parents' relationship disintegrates.
