Calmunda P At first I wasn’t sure what I’d seen, it doesn’t feel like anything else in cinemas, and at times, I felt like maybe I could feel the small budget… But who f-ing cares?! I can’t stop thinking about this movie!! It is so layered: the themes all tie together and in a surprising and subtle way. The acting is so natural and the direction never felt heavy-handed. I actually think I’ve just seen something scarily good but in the most unassuming way. A piece of art about being human. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/04/25 Full Review Rob S Great Aussie drama. Performances were spot on. Directing and Cinematography were perfect. Great debut feature by Timothy David. Highly recommend this film! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/03/25 Full Review Phil C This is a great movie. The beautiful scenery of Kangaroo Island is spectacular and worth watching just for that. There is a very good storyline, with some funny lighter moments and some thought-provoking drama as well. Erik Thomson is excellent as the father and all characters are well cast and believable. Really enjoyed this movie. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/01/25 Full Review Lorna J Excellent movie. Relatable family drama with insights that touch you. The backdrop of Kangaroo Island scenery and living was a beautiful bonus. I loved this movie. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/24/25 Full Review Read all reviews
