However, the last 1/4 where the characters get rounded out and the story comes together in a heartfelt way touches a soft spot. Beautiful setting, incredible acting, drama you can’t foresee and so real it was seemingly unscripted. It will make you laugh, make you cry and perhaps give you a wildlife fright or two. Ultimately, a great message about what is important in life, without the cheese, fake sincerity or predictability. Only Australians will truly appreciate this gem of a movie. Refreshingly good.
