Synopsis
After falling out with his father, Arab Frenchman Larbi (Amar Ben Abdallah) leaves the family home to find work. But just after his journey begins, he helps drunk dockworker Christian (Clovis Cornillac) to his apartment, drawing a kiss of thanks from Christian's beautiful wife, Bea (Sylvie Testud). Now smitten, Larbi decides to stay around and pursue Bea, against the backdrop of a colorful festival nearby. But the bigoted, jealous Christian will do anything to keep the Larbi away from his wife.
