A lo largo de la película se siente la pesadez, el tedio, la desesperanza, y los recuerdos desagradables de la masacre con los que carga el viejo con su nieto condenado a ser igualmente miserable. La película en su conjunto logra transmitir el desencanto hacia la vida que vive Dastiguir. Otherwise, this is a very fine film. Great performances, atmosphere, slow but effectively paced, and very engaging, with some realistic, likable characters.
