Peter Hansen (Jeremy Lelliott) is intent on becoming a police officer just like his late dad. Not even in high school yet, Peter investigates small local crimes, but he and his friend Lisa (Beth Richards) get in over their heads when they stumble upon a big robbery case. Given her husband's death in the line of duty, Peter's mom (Alexandra Paul) is particularly set on having him abandon his youthful law enforcement endeavors, but the aspiring cop won't relent until he nabs the crooks.
