Mark is at first reluctant when aspiring producer Seth and writer Holly want him to help them make a movie about a local serial killer: after all, they might figure out that he is behind them, but figures it could be interesting. The writing is especially tight, though I do wish we got to find out a little more about the killer's motivations. That said, it is both engaging and entertaining; and when you consider the minuscule budget, it's all around an impressive result.

There is a lot to like about this movie. First of all, the camera work is fantastic, and the music is on point. Not your average serial killer movie. This one comes from a different and exciting perspective. All actors do a great job, but Mark's character is outstanding, played by who also happens to be the director (Glenn Payne). It is very nice to find independent projects of such quality and talented people. The story has many surprises, which I won't talk about, but expect the unexpected from start to finish. I highly recommend it!

Couldn't get through it. Same old rote useless horseshit. As if I didn't know one of them was the killer in the first 1.2 seconds.

Unlike a lot of low budget indie horror movies, this one stays away from cliche, focuses on well-written and entertaining dialogue, and most of all, has a lot of fun with the genre. To say they got a lot of mileage for their money undercuts some seriously good filmmaking.
