Audience Member Not a bad script and well acted - the lady referred to would have to be very naive and Ms MacMahon is believable. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review dave j Friday, November 12, 2010 (1935) Kind Lady DRAMA/ THRILLER/ SUSPENSE Aline MacMahon plays Mary, a wealthy unmarried heiress helps Henry Abbot played by Basil Rathbourne (an unusual role whose best known as Sherlock Holmes) while hanging around the street. As the film progresses is when things start to unravel Abbot's real intentions! The film is not bad but very outdated since antagonists are more sophisicated! Remade again in 1951! 2 out of 4 Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
