Kitty O'Rourke (Liddy Clark) starts out adulthood as a wide-eyed innocent, but eventually the saucy Australian lady takes ownership of a rowdy nightclub and begins to consort with her seedy clientele. Aided by the Bagman (John Stanton), a corrupt police officer who smooths over situations on both sides of the law, Kitty establishes her own criminal empire, which puts her at odds with Big Lil (Val Lehman), another ambitious woman with her hand in plenty of shady dealings.
