Russell Baillie New Zealand Herald It ends with a bit of tailwind and will leave cycling fans with the sort of warm glow otherwise achieved only by doing a spin-class while watching the peloton climb L'Alpe d'Huez. Rated: 3/5 Jun 6, 2016 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Um misto drama e comedia, com alguns momentos cliches. Usa como tema central o Tour de France, porem nao explora o melhor do tour que sao as paisagens principalmente nos pirineus. Diverte, mas nao empolga. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Loved it. A movie to warm your heart Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member ca chauffe le coeur. A French view of the underdog overcoming all to win back his love, family and self respect. It could've disappeared into a morass of sentimentality, but was rescued by fine performaces - particulatly from clovis cornillac Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member Pas mal comme film, plutôt sympa mais Élodie Bouchez n'est, pour moi, pas crédible en mère d'un môme de 17 ans, elle en paraît toujours 25!!! Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member Great movie for cyclists and general inspiration Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Heartwarming comedy about someone who decides to do the Tour de France just ahead of the real riders. He puts his relationship with his wife and son on the line, and teams up with a drunken race promoter and a mad motorhome of fans, who all become his team. Eventually the press start to follow him instead of the real Le Tour, much to the anger of the Italian holder of the Yellow Jersey (who he accidentally insulted), who throws down the gauntlet. Will he abandon his family to finish the tour? Will he keep his dignity with the Italian? And how will he deal with the press? It's a great film for drama and comedy and as a keen cyclist I really enjoyed it although I did not understand it all as French is not my first language.
