Vladan Petkovic Cineuropa Ambiguity lifts the film from pure genre and pushes it to the border of arthouse, providing intellectual stimulus in addition to thrills of suspense. Aug 12, 2020 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member It is one of those war movies that should be seen by all Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member A powerful war drama with metaphysical elements. I see it as an allegory to what happened in what used to be Yugoslavia: a devil caused people to kill each other. Strongly recommended. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Introducing Satan/Demon in a very subtle and engaging manner. For those who would like a slow and engrossing plot. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member That was boring as ...hell! Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member After watching couple of movies happening on the Balkan from foreign directors I was sure that I do not want to see more of the same... and I chose this film which was made by the locals - Serbians, Croatians and Bosnian Muslims... Smart move! A war mystery horror which is written with a witty language commonly used in the area, not typed in sterilized office using fake dialogues invented by a screenwriter who never left his big city! You will laugh, wonder, be angry, sometimes even ask yourself what is possible and what is not - but not for one second you could find yourself to be bored or feel that these events could never happen (doesn't matter how unbelievable they are)! Dejan Zecevic did something almost impossible in the area which is struggling with everything you can imagine, except talent and determination. Made a movie which should be an example for filmmakers around the world. From the camera work, cinematography, acting of Aleksandar Stojkovic , Vuk Kostic , Tihomir Stanic , Ljubomir Bandovic and (the weakest link) Marija Pikic - everything was top notch! You could almost feel his experience hand in every scene, immersing you so well that you had that feeling that this is really happening around you. How could such an exceptional movie pass unnoticed under all of the critics radars I am not sure... but my recommendation is - DO NOT MISS IT!
