Randy Myers San Jose Mercury News Indeed David Lynch-light weird, but it does have a point, highlighting how America remains hamstrung by archaic, racist belief systems and governmental ineptitude. Aug 11, 2022 Full Review Lovia Gyarkye Hollywood Reporter It's a witty and thrilling take on American culture that benefits from its creators' immigrant experiences and inventive style. Sep 6, 2021 Full Review Xan Brooks Guardian Colourful, eccentric and flimsy, not quite fit for purpose; a film to weigh up for a moment and then set back on the stall. Rated: 2/5 Sep 6, 2021 Full Review Serena Seghedoni Loud and Clear Reviews both incredibly fascinating and regrettably flawed, as, in the attempt to tackle all these important, timely issues, the film never quite makes up its mind on what it is exactly that it wants to say. Rated: 3/5 Aug 8, 2023 Full Review Ashley Lara The Spool The themes in the film might be fuzzy at times, but there are some strong performances that make Land of Dreams an entertaining watch. Jun 26, 2022 Full Review Jason Adams The Film Experience A moving and oddball-funny little fable that pricks and pokes at what it means and what it decidedly doesn’t mean to live in this outrageous country of ours Jun 13, 2022 Full Review Read all reviews
