Best friends Félicie and Victor hatch a plan to escape from their rural orphanage in 19th-century France. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is the most ballet movie animation I ever seen! This is teaching us about ballet, learn from your mistakes, intergrity, discipline,confidence. Fact: Do u know that Maddie zigler was in dance mom show and did ballet,hip hop,jazz, and lyrical.

Kids like it, but it's full of wrong messages: - it's OK to steal and defraud - main character is surrounded by simps etc. - it's OK as a 10 yo kid to F of and do your thing Other than that it's pretty vapid.

Good movie for a 6 - 9 years old girl into dancing. Unlike professional critics, I don't think a cartoon made for kids should also cater to adults. This is not for teens and adults, kids only :) Nice drawings - critics says bland animation but it's just a regular cartoon, it's easy to the eye and cute, not ugly and over the top like some Disneys (Hercules is plain ugly - fight me) Decent acting, it's silly but again it's actually for kids, but I found it believable again. It does not take itself seriously and it's full of feelings that were simplified for the < 10 years old. Not a masterpiece but since when a cartoon needs to be? If you have a 6-9 years old into ballet, this is a must-see
