Suave, charming and volatile, Reggie Kray (Tom Hardy) and his unstable twin brother Ronnie start to leave their mark on the London underworld in the 1960s. “Legend” tienen secuencias fantásticas que lamentablemente están entrelazadas con un guion muy simple. Y me resultó muy extraña la construcción de esta, ya que al plantear tres historias en simultaneo constantemente se opacaban una a la otra, haciendo que no lograras conectar con ninguna, a pesar de las 3 ser realmente interesantes y con matices que las volvían propositivas. Al final esta historia a pesar de no tener una brújula clara me terminó enamorando, gracias al espectacular trabajo de Tom Hardy que en esta película demostró que es un actor de primera línea. Esta película tiene todo lo que amo del cine inglés, es violenta, se centra en los puntos marginados de la metrópolis con personajes que tienen una motivación más allá de sus acciones expuestos desde puntos grises que poco a poco llevan a los personajes a su inevitable destino. Una cinta que claramente pudo ser una obra maestra, pero que, a pesar de sus decisiones argumentales cuestionables, tiene destellos de genialidad que la hacen irresistible.
