Stanley Kauffmann The New Republic All in all-if all is meant moderately-the story leaves an agreeable aftertaste, which lingers longer than we expected. Jun 19, 2013 Full Review Tara Brady Irish Times The unreconstructed nature of the comedy ensures that the jokes and even the shots are awfully familiar. Rated: 3/5 Jul 15, 2012 Full Review Tim Robey Daily Telegraph (UK) The socio-economic moral is ladled on like great big dollops of paella. Rated: 2/5 Jul 6, 2012 Full Review Lynden Barber Limelight Director and co-writer Philippe Le Guay deploys a gift for wry observation with a deftly understated approach that defuses the danger of triteness and makes the film a satisfying experience. Jan 3, 2018 Full Review Joe Bendel Epoch Times Warm and winning, it is a refreshingly sympathetic portrait of a late-middle-aged bourgeoisie man, quite a rarity in contemporary cinema. Rated: 4/5 May 26, 2016 Full Review Hannah Brown Jerusalem Post Seeing this gentle, amiable film is a bit like spending a couple of hours at a dinner party with many charming guests. You will leave refreshed, in a good mood and with a craving for paella. Mar 1, 2016 Full Review Read all reviews

слободан е Weak and superficial. Occasional nice and funny moments. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member My kind of movie. I loved it! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/08/23 Full Review Audience Member I don't get what's meaningful in this film, definitely won't recommend this to anyone. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Audience Member Nice acting, nice story. Another love story, but rather unexpected. The bourgeois man is the unlikely hero of the group of spanish maids after hiring a young maid, nice, resourceful and somewhat beautiful. He becomes aware of their troubles and root for them, helping in many ways he can. After some time, he grows a mid-life crisis where he realizes he misses some adventure, and some unpredictability. He finds all this by rejoining the ladies. This happens in a past, modern, but still already half a century away. It is a joyous film with many clichés that are undermined masterfully. We wish evolution to proceeds like this. No need for revolution. Thoughtful from beginning to end. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member The Women on the Sixth Floor is an unintelligent and unoriginal french comedy despite its decent sense of humor Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member French movies are always beautiful!
