Synopsis
Jacques (Charles Denner), a successful real estate agent, lives in Paris with his girlfriend, Viviane (Anna Gaylor). After spending a day meditating alone, Jacques has an epiphany and begins dedicating much of his life to solitary introspection. Viviane complains that he isn't paying enough attention to her, and, to assuage her, he proposes marriage. But Jacques continues to devote even more time to meditation and is fired from his job, an event that disturbs everyone except Jacques himself.
