All part of a shady plan to trick your grandmother into buying this movie for her grandchild's birthday because she thought this was the new Madagascar movie. It does have a surprisingly long runtime at 100 minutes, especially for a mockbuster, and an animated one at that. A shameless ripoff of Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa that's much worse than Video Brinquedo's mockbusters because at least they're fun to watch in a "so bad, it's good" way. I watched it, and then spent the next nine years of my life searching for it again. Now that I have finally found it, I have only one thing to say. I thought the alligators were the ones who got pimped out. Very upset to realize that rhinos are the mac-daddies of the jungle. Two stars.
