Jessica D I cried so many happy tears it was like someone was shoving onions in my eyes. This movie was so relatable in how hard parenting can be. I'm so grateful and blessed to have seen it when my son is just one year old. I will watch this movie at least once every year. Just wow. I liked LifeMark a lot, so I figured I would like this movie. I was so right. These people make great films. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/15/23 Full Review Audience Member Let me condense the sense for the rating that Im stating.... No I am not a rapper or professional reviewer. I am simply a family man, trying my best ot be a faithful Christian and trying to raise resposible, god fearing decent human beings in the craziness of daily life. * NO SPOILERS * Like many of the fathers to which I have spoken, we're just trying to do the best we can. That is why I can appreciate a good movie that make me think. Especially a Christian one. My wife and I watched a preview and decided that it would be a good watch for us as parents. I was not prepared for what I saw. Although the circumstances were different I felt as if I was watching a similar struggle to my own. Nor was I propared to feel so conivicted of not doing my job as a parent well. In fact, I needed help. Serious help. Let me stop for a minute. Was this a wonderfully acted and prodiuced movie... sorry but no. But if you get beyond the that to the meaning and underlying message it is VERY MUCH worth the watch. The fact is we are all trying but are we doing well? Are we trying to raise decent people or good faithful servants of God who will fulfill their purpose in this life? If it is anything other than the last 13 words of the previous sentence You are failing your children. (Yes I am aware some of you just went back and counted the words to see if i was right) Take the time to watch this movie, learn more about your kids lives and how to be more involved in them. There is even a program featured in this movie that your church can purchase or you can go through yourselves as a family for FREE. Remember, once your chidren are born its not about you anymore. Give your children a loving parent, not a therapy bill. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member I enjoyed watching this family story as they transformed from infancy to adulthood and how they solved challenges of life & family issues through Christ Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Can I please give this movie zero stars!?!? All of the people of color in this movie were either used as a way to forward the white people's character plots or simply not given any serious depth. This movie is overtly and subvertly racist. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review randall k Inspired me to be a better father and husband. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Like Arrows is a powerful film about family and how God changes everything. However the characters get confusing, I didn't know whos who but honestly I think I got to watch it again, for now 4. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Read all reviews
