In this universe, Stitch needs a full charge or will die. Do not try any of this at home with your pets. Kyle M Should’ve been longer and bit more complex, this true follow-up achieves the same amount of greatness over its increased heartening resonance with necessary depth that culminates in tearful warmth, charged by the delightful quality in the animation and performances sought to surpass its predecessor. (A) Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 06/30/25 Full Review Cameron H Since I’ve seen the OG “Lilo & Stitch” and now the live action remake, I figured I may as well check out the other films in the Stitch franchise, so I watched “Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch has a Glitch.” The story follows Stitch, who has now adjusted to his new home on planet earth and his adopted family. Lilo and Stitch have a hula competition they’re preparing for, however Stitch begins having malfunctions in his programming, causing him to repeatedly revert back to his destructive and chaotic ways. Lilo, Nani, Jumba, and Pleakley have to work together to find a way to save Stitch before his life energy depletes. The film dives a bit more into the relationship between Lilo and Stitch, however as a whole the movie lacks the charm of the original. Stitch’s bursts of “glitching” aren’t enough to make him much a threat, all he really does is disrupt a hula rehearsal and maybe damage a couple things, but it’s not like he’s back to his original self the whole time. I did like though how he was aware that something was wrong and that he needed to get away before he hurt Lilo or someone else. Overall, it wasn’t bad for a direct to video sequel, but pretty forgettable compared to the original. (7/10) Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 06/24/25 Full Review Renaldo D Too boring. The sequel destroyed everything the classic did. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 06/12/25 Full Review MrQatar C This was one of the best sequels that Disney released in the 2000s. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/10/25 Full Review Joel L Honestly one of the best and only best Direct To Video Disney sequel, It manages to have the same beautiful animation, It also manages to capture the Emotion and follow up to the first movie, unlike Stitch! The Movie & Leroy & Stitch which are both about finding the 623 Experiments and connected to the tv show but still good, my bad side for this sequel is that the comedy flopped and Pleakly was so unfunny, I did enjoy Pleakly as a drag, And I would recommend watching this movie after the original and before stitch! The Movie, Worth a sequel Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/06/25 Full Review Read all reviews
