Audience Member Sentimental drama casts Bing Crosby looking for his lost infant son in post WWII Paris. My interest kept alive primarily from liking Crosby, could get tiresome for others. None of the usual Crosby treatement here, he only sings a few songs. Mostly he is melancholy or sad thinking of his past marriage and the baby son lost somewhere in France. The search for the boy is as much a search for Crosby about himself, now a widower. He searches endlessly for his son and at last finds an orphanage that might have the boy, now older and without much memory of his mother or his father Crosby.
