PridePosterStudios Oh wow- mother goals!! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 06/14/24 Full Review Audience Member Amazing. This family against the world. It was emotional and heartbreaking what Sasha and the family was up against just to allow her to be based on pre conceived gender roles placed by society. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review dave d This French documentary will undoubtedly pull at your heartstrings, but as a film it was an utter slog. The film doesn't have much to say. Not every trans individual has a compelling story. The mom here seems to be behind a lot of useless publicity for the child and in the process puts herself in the limelight. The watcher sees how uncomfortable the father is, but even when it's not about her there's mom front and center hamming it up. This doc does nothing of benefit for the trans community and doesn't really explain the journey. It's confusing for people that a 4 year old wants to be a different gender and this film doesn't explain any of the questions a viewer would have. Trans issues are nuanced and complex and this is all surface. A lost opportunity. Final Score: 3/10 Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member It won't probably change many attitudes about transexuality, but it is nice to have a vision from inside, which is not very frequent. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member I did not like it, it felt very boring and a cash grab Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews
