Audience Member I don't understand the negatives reviews. This is a superbly constructed story of a working class man (Fonda) who falls in love with a woman (Bel Geddes ) being wooed by an elitist cad (Price). It's a piercing love story, social commentary with direction and cinematography the heightens every frame. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member The latest in a long line of episodes that strayed too far from the core of game of thrones. Its more like fan fiction then the real show at this stage. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member a fair to good film noir Henry Fonda a bad guy watch this movie and see what happens. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Moody & noirish; takes the flashback motif to new styles of absurdity. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member A moral melodrama, tight, fast, gorgeous--Sensational film debut of Barbara Bel Geddes!! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Henry Fonda had a number of classic film roles, but it is incredibly exciting to see the raw sensitivity and confidence he delivers in Long Night , which ranks among the very best of his performances, all the more so because of its relative obscurity.
