In all honesty, what I would have rather watched than this sometimes confusing film was a film strictly about the woman that inspired the Freda character. It seems like it would have been a more inspiring story.

I loved it. Definately different than your usual Hollywood masterpieces. The acting is really good and realistic. I don't understand the low ratings at all,dont trust it, it is worthwhile watching!

It had an excellent premise but the themes of hope & desolation weren't married well & the acting or perhaps the script doesn't flow. It feels like an infomercial. I didn't hate it but as much as I want to like it, it isn't up to snuff.

I just loved this movie. The bad guys were really bad and the flawed hero became likable. The two little girls were amazing. All the acting was terrific and the pacing of the film was perfect. Sad to think this is a true story and that things like this are happening every day.
