Pick any special in his catalogue and they are all worth multiple viewings and this is no exception. See more 06/28/2019 Although it feels a tad inconsistent, maybe due to the duration, "Hilarious" has so many classic moments and remains a great piece of stand-up by possibly the best comedian of the 21st century. C.K. displays his unique knack for choosing thought-provoking topics, exploring them in original, surprising ways and offering acute sociopolitical critique paired with uproariously charismatic delivery, and thus proves once again beyond a shadow of a doubt that he's head and shoulders above the lot.
