Seon z This is a good remake that captures everything the original film intended to convey, and in some aspects, it does even better. The portrayal of the "family" dynamic is particularly touching, charming, and heartfelt. However, the editing and the way each scene is woven together could be smoother. While it's not terrible, there are moments that feel a bit awkward and unnatural, yet there are also scenes that are exceptionally well done. But if you ask whether it’s worth watching, absolutely! In the end, the film’s message is powerful enough and warms the heart significantly. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/24/24 Full Review W B The original features a slow-burn, warm pacing that beautifully illustrates the importance of "using time" and "escaping time," while highlighting the magical "tiny perfect things" that surround us. In contrast, Love Stuck explores these tiny moments while respecting the original, adding new scenes that suit the Thai context, though it doesn’t quite capture the same level of magic. However, the Thai version excels in its family drama, which is more intense and relatable, potentially bringing viewers to tears. Love Stuck has a faster pace, making it livelier and more fun. The characters are well-defined and colorful, surpassing those in MTPT. The cast delivers strong performances, making them more interesting than their original counterparts. Overall, it’s a solid remake with some rough edges in editing, but it’s still well worth the watch. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 10/24/24 Full Review Read all reviews
