I am a person who likes most silly Romantic movies and also most silly stupid movies. Eddie Harrison film-authority.com ...has the kind of simple high-concept that would suit most platforms; while not exactly probable, the light fantasy of the idea is enough to see the film through, with genuine laughs and none of the cringe-factor associated with low-budget rom-coms Rated: 4/5 Jan 23, 2024 Full Review Serena Seghedoni Loud and Clear Reviews infectiously enjoyable Nov 1, 2023 Full Review Carla Hay Culture Mix Someone should've told the filmmakers of Love Type D that it's neither funny nor cute to do a romantic comedy about a woman who spends most of the movie stalking an ex-boyfriend who dumped her. It's pathetic ... [And it's] an appalling mess of a movie. Jul 20, 2021 Full Review Carey-Ann Pawsey Orca Sound An interesting addition to the romantic comedy lore filled with likable characters, laughs, heartfelt moments, and...well, love. Rated: 3/5 Jul 13, 2021 Full Review Susan Wloszczyna AWFJ.org We should applaud first-time writer-director Sasha Collington for coming up with a truly unique fantasy premise. However, Dermody spends much of the film moping about when such a farcical premise craves energy and snappy dialogue. Jul 9, 2021 Full Review Anne Brodie What She Said Endearingly funny and sweet, a positive take on the anti-romcom you could use. Jul 9, 2021 Full Review Read all reviews
