(She won best actress Oscar same year for an atypical role as Kitty Foyle ). Colman is , as always ,smooth, debonaire and just good looking enough to get the girl (he's no Cary Grant !). The plot is progressive and optimistic, two characteristics very lacking in a modern audience. It's just a fun little movie that showcases the talents of every cast member. Things and character are dropped in the audience lap for no reason and the mystery indentity surprise was just a waste of writing.
