If you stretch the joke too thin, it'll become unfunny. Your standard SNL feature-length skit boasts Forte's humorous approach and Kilmer's participation with the overall humor more fitting for fans, but for those who have watched less to none are probably better off to watch the trailer or the skits, if they're actually funny that is. Otherwise, this action comedy is utterly frivolous, not in a good way. (C)

One of the best movies I've ever seen, I feel like a lot of people have this kind of comedy go over their head, it's a satire of stylings and 80's movies tropes and amazingly done to every detail, I couldn't recommend this movie more.
