David K Off with their heads! Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 04/15/23 Full Review william d Madame du Barry was a very interesting historical figure, but you wouldn't know it from this movie. While the film does try to offer some (inaccurate) historical context this is mostly just a risque (for the 1930s) romp at the royal court. Dolores del Rio is certainly nice to look at though.
