Audience Member Another good effort from Michael Hui. Enjoyable movie. Leon Lai works in Inland Revenue Department. His team is checking on Fong Kong evading tax. He quickly go back to his office, retrieve some evidence from a Buddha statue compartment and hide in a stingray ornament. They smash the statue and find nothing. Ricky Hui is apartment guard. A lady want to see Michael Hui for fortune telling. Ricky register her ID and ask her many questions about family in case she got robbed. He fax the notes to Michael and he proceed to tell her fortune and convince her by saying out what he know of her. He tell her to be wary of any woman with the name "Fang" randomly. The IRD boss Philip Chan is angry to receive the complain and want his team to find the evidence quickly. Leon makes fun of him when his wife find him to explain about the affair. Philip task Leon to check on Michael tax record. Leon give fake record to Ricky. When Michael is question, he says he work as pimp. His daughter assistant Winnie Lau quickly come in and pretend to be bar girl. But the act is easily break when Leon offer her to smoke and she choke. Ricky act as gigolo but Leon also don't believe. For the time being, Michael will not entertain any customers. Michael and Ricky saw 3 gangsters going to rape a woman. He fend off the gangsters but the woman knock him out. He awaken and upon touching the nurse, he can foresee her future bumping into a vampire. Later she really bump into Ricky dressing as vampire. He is just in acting costume. Leon start to take note how many customer he get everyday. Michael have no choice but to charge only $10. Leon suggest Michael to help see the fortune of Fong Kong to find out where he hide his account books. Leon ask Michael to foresee him and he see him crying and smash to a glass door. He is going to get his health report for AIDS and is negative. Leon did the things Michael foreseen. He bang his head and see Leon talking to a woman in red specs and get hit by frog light. He go to a pub and try to hook up a woman (wife of Fong) but another guy isn't happy and try to beat him. Leon breaks all the frog light and thought he has escape. The bartender beat him with the frog light instead for causing trouble. Philip dismiss Leon idea of foreseeing Fong. He bring Michael to the turf club and try to touch Fong. Turns out Fong assistant Dayo Wong is a snitch. Michael touch him and only see fish swimming. The duo wait for him at the sauna. Fong keep assuming Michael is gay after trying to touch him at turf club. Leon distract the masseuse and Michael go in to touch and see same vision. Another masseuse recognize Michael as fortune teller. Leon bring Michael to see his mum for acupuncture. His mum describe Leon as good and pure. Fong pays Michael a visit. Ricky quickly copy down the files data brought by Leon and fax to Michael. He manage to swindle through. Fong is impress and invite him to his wife birthday bash. Fong hide his wife wedding ring in the fish tank to see if Michael can find. They take turns to explore the fish tank. Fong thought Michael act even before been ask. He is impress and want them to help out. Fong bring them to his fish farm outland with his henchmen. He want to find out who is the snitch and they know where he hide his account books. Dayo start first and he immediately admit and point the gun at Michael. Leon refuse to hand over the books to him and say he will never die. Dayo pull the trigger but the bullets are already taken out by Fong and he kill him with harpoon. Fong want the duo to continue help him and he burn the account books. He is dealing with drugs shipment and plan to kill the snitch gangster as well. Leon tell his boss but he dismiss the idea. During the deal, Leon burst his bubble gum and everyone start shooting each other dead. Only Fong survive. He want them to hang his fish ornament. Leon accidentally exposed and said the ornament must be hang in the same way as in his office. Fong know there are not his ally and shot Michael. The coast guard arrive with Philip on board. He is indeed having affair with the commander of the boat whose name is Fang Fang Fang. Fong quickly cut the fish nets to dispose the drugs and himself run away and fell to the shark pool. The duo manage to hold on to one net to secure the evidence. Leon is praise by Philip and will be promoted soon. Philip close the case of Michael tax.
