Rich Cline Shadows on the Wall Even with filmmaking that's bland and occasionally clunky, the bigger themes and ideas remain fascinating, which keeps us involved in the story as it progresses. Rated: 3/5 May 7, 2021 Full Review Alan Ng Film Threat If anything, the movie proves you can find good actors with disabilities and give them the chance to get their reps in and widen your pool of actors to pull from. Rated: 6.5/10 Apr 30, 2021 Full Review JK Sooja Common Sense Media So-so indie sci-fi drama has heart, mature themes. Rated: 2/5 Apr 28, 2021 Full Review Josh Bell Crooked Marquee Its inert drama and dopey new-agey messaging come off as more condescending than inspirational. Audience Member To start of with the direction it is decent as screenplay is slow but as the film progresses the characters get their arcs forward, If you are not a science person still you can get this. The film initiates with school experiments but takes a different angle unleashing the sixth sense. Clearly it is a low budget strike but it's exhilarating aforementioned the soundtracks gives an 80s synth vibe also cinematography is cold and appealing. The actors aptly play their roles even though script couldn't have been better at few points. A quote from this will stay for a while "Don't let the small failures define you." It is worth watching as a sci-fi mystery. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie features authentic representation of actors in key roles, and is a crucial stepping stone in the move to shift the film industry towards opening more opportunities like this. A film full of fun and heart. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member This film made me think in ways few do. What does it mean to be "disabled" if new senses open up? If you were facing dementia, would you try to make your life stand for something? Bravo for tackling complex issues? Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review Audience Member A thoughtful, imaginative way of looking at disabilities and appreciating the strength they can bring under a new light. The emotion, humor and creativity of this film makes it worth watching. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member I thought this movie was excellent. Very different from regular feature films in that it focused on the "abilities" of people with "disabilities", primarily of the five senses. Add in a father son relationship dynamic and some science fiction/technology, and the fact that it was set in beautiful Idaho, and it makes a very unique and entertaining film that could be appreciated by many diverse audiences.
