Merci d'avance. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member I remember this film because it was one of my first forays into French cinema. I wish only that I could own it in DVD now, although it's impossible to find outside of France (and even within). It's rather odd and disjointed and abstract, but to me that's what made it appealing. I always remember it as a sequence of paintings on film edited together, with plenty of color play and interesting use of light. Still, the plot could have used a bit of polishing, although this would have detracted from the feeling of endless, aimless wondering the director I feel was striving for. An interesting watch and, for me, a sentimental favorite. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/16/23 Full Review Audience Member like a dream with knives in it.
