Josh (Roman Knizka), a mentally challenged man who enjoys dressing up as a bat, has a close relationship with his adolescent sister, Nicole (Marie-Luise Schramm), and his sexually charged brother, Mike (Hinnerk Schönemann). Mike is pursuing Nadine (Julia Jentsch), a woman he works with. After Josh and Nicole spy on Mike and Nadine having sex, feelings awaken within them both. When Nadine appears interested in Josh, the siblings' harmony is disrupted.

Audience Member A mentally retarded 30 year old German guy thinks he's a vampire. He has a whack off session with his brother and later boinks his 15 year old sister.
