David Nusair Reel Film Reviews ...it's rather stunning to note that a North American studio thought that this garbage heap of a movie was worth releasing on home video. Rated: 0/4 Jan 27, 2013 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member very LESBOring... an asian horror film that will waste your time because it ain't scary. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member Really getting hooked on Korean movies these days, they are doing some awesome work there. This is one of them, obviously. Was expecting a horror movie, but this one is really about people, and thus much scarier. Only a shame that towards the end the story got all supernatural and ghostey. The movie didn't need that, it was pretty much perfect up to that point, it just added some silliness to an otherwise impressive work. Hence no five-star rating. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Audience Member To me, this is the weakest film in the whispering corridors series. The scariest thing in this movie was the homophobia of these asian kids and the fact that the main character spends most of her time obsessed with a dead girl's diary. I expected something interesting to at least happen after she took the pill found in the pages - like becoming possessed by the ghost or dying and becoming a ghost herself. SOMETHING. It was boring. I was never remotely scared during this movie, though the acting gets it some points. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member Lethargic, puzzling and poorly crafted. Despite a handful of disturbing moments and a terrific build up of suspense, the film's feeble storytelling and tiring pace render the overall viewing experience both baffling and unfulfilling. Take away the hallucinatory style and cinematography and all that remains is a haphazard narrative, indecipherable flashbacks and flash-forwards and a bunch of whining schoolgirls. Avoid at all costs. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member Well, the storyline for this movie was indeed different than the 1st Whispering Corridors movie's one. I liked that this movie was pretty bold in terms of overall content but the horror sequences were a bit lackluster in my opinion. Overall, I rate this movie just above average but not so great either. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member will be watching this one later...
