David W A very 'made for tv' feel permeates everything from the script, the acting, the laboured direction and the not so special effects. It's not the worst I've seen based on this premise but it's not far off. A waste of an excellent cast. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/10/24 Full Review Steven P Ok at best. Seemed forced. Not super credible. I do not reccomend. Labored. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 07/03/23 Full Review dan m To just say this was an extended, crappy made for TV version of Armageddon, doesn't fully capture how horrible this was. From the PS2 graphics of showing asteroids in space and hitting buildings, to the extremely boring and pointless subplots featuring school bullies or a madman out for revenge, to the atrocious bad acting.. it's 100% a shitshow, complete with a laughably bad ending. This is on the same level as a Sharknado movie, except the makers of this probably thought they were making something good. Oh, and it's a two parter which equals 3 hours of wasted time. Yup. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Awful acting, awful script, awful movie. The ending sucks. Makes no sense. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member Bad script, bad science, bad subplots that poor axting by a great cast can't over come. Tom Shales Washington Post The film goes beyond mere mediocrity to a gratuitous, mean-spirited ugliness that makes watching it not a campy hoot but a near-sickening ordeal. Oct 26, 2017 Full Review David Cornelius DVDTalk.com It isn't so much "scientifically feasible" as it is "stupid yet awesome thing Michael Bay wishes he thought up." Um, yay?
