Kenneth Womack Salon.com Unfortunately, "Midas Man" feels like a missed opportunity to get at the heart of this tragic figure, the visionary architect of Beatlemania. Jan 27, 2025 Full Review David Browne Rolling Stone For Beatlemaniacs, though, little if any of this will be breaking news, and the film’s often dreary look hobble Midas Man as much as its decline-by-numbers narrative. Jan 23, 2025 Full Review Owen Gleiberman Variety Midas Man is never less than watchable, and it does capture something about Brian Epstein that’s honest and affecting. Jan 22, 2025 Full Review Alistair Lawrence Common Sense Media This slight but affectionate biopic of The Beatles' famed manager Epstein is carried by a charismatic turn from Fortune-Lloyd as the successful but troubled entrepreneur. Jun 11, 2025 Full Review Rachel Ho Exclaim! The fast pacing does come at the cost of truly diving into a character study of Epstein. Rated: 7/10 May 14, 2025 Full Review Brandon Judell Brandon Judell (Medium) A wry biopic of the man who discovered the Beatles, transforming them from a scraggly quartet into the most consequential band. Here's a never-less-than-engaging look at not totally surviving the sixties, a perfect Brit counterpart to A Complete Unknown. Feb 6, 2025 Full Review Read all reviews

Jeff If your a Beatles Fan or have been to Liverpool this is a must see about the life of Brian Epstein (he has a large statue thre). Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/26/25 Full Review Jill This film was EXCELLENT Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/22/25 Full Review Tim P I feel the ratings for this are too high. It's not terrible, but a huge missed opportunity to really dive into Mr. Epstein's life and influence on The Beatles. The acting is fine, not great. It glosses over some major events and milestones, while running with obscure and unconfirmed stories. There are some things that happened in his life and around The Beatles that are up for debate. This firmly chooses a side on those to present as fact. That just rubs me the wrong way. There is plenty of drama, excitement, scandal, and mystery around The Beatles and Brian without the need to make up more. I really was looking forward to this movie, as I feel Brian's life and impact on The Beatles is so overlooked and underrated. It didn't life up to my expectation. So a decent movie left me feeling more "meh" than anything else. P.S. The absense of Beatles music in a Beatles movie is quite noticeable. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 09/27/25 Full Review Colin S Expectations weren't high...I guess cos of mixed reviews...but there's a lot to enjoy in this movie. Jacob was excellent as Brian and the guy who played Paul is the best 'movie McCartney' I've seen. It's a pity the actor playing Lennon was so short. Otherwise great 👍 Rated 4 out of 5 stars 08/26/25 Full Review Ciaran S I've never seen a biopic this good since "Bohemian Rhapsody". Midas Touch is a solidly good film about the life of The Beatles' manager Brian Epstein, unlike most random Beatles biopics this film is a true work of art, if you're a true Beatles fan this is a must-watch (but don't get your expectations too high on this one). Rated 4 out of 5 stars 06/17/25 Full Review Shioka O Very casual biopic about Brian Epstein. Not for the fun of the Beatles and their music as there's nothing about creativity. but it has a charm.
