Audience Member How could the world enter the millennium with all these violence , people broke down physically & emotionally. A story of two people intersects at the ending in the city of Rio. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Audience Member Two people cross paths while dealing with complications in their personal lives at the break of the millennium. One wants to end their own life, the other has to end someone else's. Salles takes us into the grit of Rio De Janeiro, balancing between beautiful imagery, and strong performances, this story quickly starts and finishes, but is definitely unforgettable. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member A short story about 2 days before the new millenium and two ways of getting out and starting out and redemption, for some it just a start for others the beginning of the end...Simple story with nice shots of Rio slums, and a basic portrayal of two peoples destiny which is crossed for few hours. There is no need for deeper explanation movie is take it as you see it, all in all an interesting hour where the main charachter is the year 2000. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Some scenes are aesthetically noteworthy Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member extrania, pero buena... Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/07/23 Full Review Audience Member I believe this movie is a little uncomprehened... I don't know, I think the sadness envolved in such a hard way on the leading characters, get the audience to hate the plot. For me is a nice storytelling...
