Steve D Ridiculous and never entertaining. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/28/23 Full Review Audience Member Weak plot, terrible acting by the male lead (which probably explains why I've never seen him in anything else) and unlikable characters. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Worst movie I've ever seen. The only move I've ever walked out of. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member A group of 80s Floridians decide they're going to sneak into Cuba to find $1 million in can that was hidden when Castro took control of the country. Their plan, of course, does not go as planned and they find themselves in all sorts of hot water with Cuban authorities and with each other. The film really wanted to have that "The Lady From Shanghai" steamy hotbed of people on a boat feel to it, but it really doesn't come close, despite a decent cast that includes Faye Dunaway, Daniel J. Travanti, Ned Beatty and Kim Cattrall looking really young and cute. However, the nice 80s vibe to the film was enough to hold my interest. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Audience Member The search for a fortune in cash hidden in Cuba before the Bay of Pigs leads to double crosses, revelations of infidelity, and murder for two couples. One injured party may be wishing he was left in Cuba, where the health care is free, when he gets his medical bill back in the US. I hope he has Blue Cross. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Ex-Navy officer charters a vessel in order to retrieve a fortune left behind on a Cuban island during the Castro takeover. A premise of greed that never seems to capture interest or live up to potential. Not really worth seeking out or rewatching. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Read all reviews
