It’s tough to ignore the horrors that Van Tassel highlights throughout Missing From the Fire Trail Road. For years, there have been active plots to weaken and remove power from Indigenous communities.

Powerful documentary. I wasn't expecting it to be so cinematic and emotional. It's riviting. It was also so interesind (andshocking) to learn the history behind why there are so many women like Mary Ellen who go missing and murdered.
