Jodi Moana is absolutely destined to be a classic Disney film that will last through generations! This film is just so beautifully done, and so enjoyable, even for adults that don’t have children! There are so many positive messages without all the ridiculous fluff that accompanies a lot of other Disney animated films especially ones with princesses. Barf. Moana story is inspiring to any little girls showing them that they can believe in themselves and be whoever they’re meant to be love love love this film! Rated 5/5 Stars •  Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/27/23 Full Review Barnabas loos half way through the movie the theater lights turn back on and the movie stopped playing due to a huge rainstorm that was accruing outside apparently the who movie theater was shut down and they couldn't get any of the movies back on line most of everyone in the theater just ended up leaving I tried to get a refund but they said no due to it being passed the time to get one but we never got to see the rest of the movie I knew it was going to rain but I didn't think that it would of had that kind of affect on a whole theater the way that it did unless they have bad wiring in and out of the place or leaks that where coming through the ceiling into electrical equipment idk but it was wired and it was my first time being at this one despite driving passed this one for over 30 years I still would of liked a refund though I didn't even get to finish my drink that I had gotten just minutes before hand Rated 1/5 Stars •  Rated 1 out of 5 stars 10/23/23 Full Review Katie D So good! the music reminded me of a combination of The Little Mermaid and Frozen - both favorites. Built on a strong titular lead character and her fellow voyager Maui, Moana never drifts apart when it sets sails: Its strong narrative is complemented by some of Lin-Manuel Miranda's best songs that offer a wonderful main theme throughout the course of the film. Disney knew how far to go with that film! It combines themes of family, independence, spirituality and friendship. What is so impressive about this movie is the story has so much emotional depth and strong character. Not only is it a great story but the animation is breathtaking. “Moana” is peak level animation, masterful filmmaking and a gem of a film. Every so often, timeless, heartfelt, and charming films come along and we are blessed to see them as audience members - “Moana” is one of these films.
