NiB Y Atomic Age sci-fi version of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde from the legend himself Jack Arnold. Recommended if you liked his previous sci-fi movies. But it was a plot device for the movie. The prehistoric man effects are awful! The prehistoric dog and dragon fly on the other hand was quite impressive. I'm guessing they ate up most of the budget. There are character issues. But as really dumb drive in fair from the days of dumb drive in movies, you can do worse. It's dumb fun and worth checking out for fans of dumb drive in fare. The monster make-up is more fake-looking, but still neat to look at. The characters are a bit underdeveloped, but they get through the story just fine.
