Synopsis
An accomplished mountaineer and amateur cinematographer, environmentalist David Brower spent his life raising awareness about and preserving America's natural environments. The film traces Brower's early infatuation with the staggering beauty of Yosemite National Park and his groundbreaking work with the Sierra Club, which he helped found. Brower's own footage and interviews with leading naturalists paint a portrait of a man dedicated to keeping America's wilderness untouched.
