A young woman spends her days renovating the Victorian mansion that she lives in with her husband in the countryside. When a stranger knocks on the door one night, he becomes an unexpected guest in their home. Later, his wife and two children also arrive to make themselves welcome. I do think you need to have a soul to appreciate this movie. This is such a brillant work of representing the creation, God, Mother Earth, human sins and God’s forgiveness, and tying it all up with frankly an A+ for direction.

Waste of your time. I will never get what time I did spend watching this movie back. I fast forwarded through the last 30-45 minutes. It made no sense in my personal opinion. It wasn't scary, the plot was unclear, and the longer the movie went on the stupider it got.

One of very few films that I almost felt guilty about showing to friends. It's a deeply, relentlessly, and remorselessly unpleasant movie that builds the chaos masterfully and leaves the viewer feeling drained, disturbed, and exhausted. It's not a good experience, but an intense and wholly unique one. It really is an amazing film.

Do not waste your time watching this movie. One of the worst movies I’ve ever seen. Ridiculous and Aggravating from almost the very beginning. I was shocked such wonderful actors would be in this movie. I kept hoping it would get better, but it only got worse.
