Audience Member this one of the best movies of china to the date gratest sequences chasing and make hardly turns on a showdown in hong kong Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/10/23 Full Review Audience Member save the octane pursuit and skills are new Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member One of the best car chase movies I have ever seen. Full of speed and adrenaline action. All fast and furious movies delivered in one single movie. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member My new all time Car chase film favorite. If Fast and Furious was a realistic and serious film, this is it. It combines the minimalist approach that Drive took and excellent realistic car chases with real speeds and no smell of CGI oil smeared anywhere, combined with a subtle but energetic soundtrack, the final act becomes one hell of a ride. Although lacking in story and character development, its enough to keep you entertained and let the visual spectacle tell the story. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member May 17, 2013 A worthy entry into the Milkyway Image filmography, this slick crime pic by Soi Cheang hits all the right entertainment notes, making Motorway a compelling way to spend an hour and a half of your time. Slickly lensed and skilfully edited, Motorway makes the most of its many high speed chases, placing the camera(s) in some creative spots to give the viewer a thrilling perspective into the seat of a skilled driver. The use of slow motion only heightens some of the incredible vehicular stunt work on display. Narratively, Motorway offers no surprises, but it manages to keep that dark Milkyway tone throughout. A simple premise skilfully executed, fans of earlier entries of the Fast and Furious franchise that don't mind something a little less grandiose should find a lot to like with this one. Recommended.
