      What to Know

      Critics Consensus

Mr. Bean's Holiday means well, but good intentions can't withstand the 90 minutes of monotonous slapstick and tired, obvious gags.

D G I was stunned at how hilarious and inventive the film was. I can't stand these stuffy critics who call gags tired etc. When Mr Bean's video taping of his trip is shown alongside the smug pontifications of Dafoe's voice in a movie theater, I started laughing so hard I choked. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 12/28/23 Full Review Nate C Mr. Bean's Holiday, unfortunately, falls short of capturing the charm and humor that made the original Mr. Bean series so beloved. While Rowan Atkinson's physical comedy is still on display, the film's plot feels disjointed and lacks the comedic timing that made the character iconic. It's a disappointing follow-up that fails to live up to the expectations set by its predecessor. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 11/13/23 Full Review Rami A It's not great. It can be very silly at many instances. Mr. Bean works better as a show than a movie. Your kids may like it, though. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 11/06/23 Full Review Ethan G Charming and wholesome, "Mr. Bean's Holiday" is clever and funny, even if its over-the-top slapstick content can get a bit tiring after a while. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 10/20/23 Full Review Hector G BEST MOVIE EVER! I LOVED IT, I DON'T KNOW WHAT YA'LL ARE TALKIMG ABOUT, THIS MOVIE DESERVES A 79% ON ROTTEN TOMATOES AT WORST! 91% AT BEST! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/29/23 Full Review Kevin M Just ok, very typical. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 09/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
