After the death of Anthony Falcon, the billionaire owner of the Falcon Corporation, Falcon's greedy assistant, John (Jackie Gleason) -- who has been eagerly waiting to take control of the company -- is shocked to discover his boss left everything to a previously unknown nephew named Guido (Terence Hill). In order to claim his inheritance, Guido must drive from New York to San Francisco, which gives John ample chance to sabotage him along the way.
